A "Stronger" Social Media Campaign

American Family Fitness combines great customer care with the big city amenities that one would expect from a large corporate-owned gym. From daycare to fitness classes for the elderly, they have services that keep members feeling like part of a family environment. The familiar, high-service care of American Family Fitness fueled this campaign.


  • American Family Fitness (AFF) was first cross-promoted with Olympic Health Chiropractic, and they both cooperatively shared their videos through their respective social media channels.

  • We interviewed and made a short testimonial biography video of Cathy, a personal trainer at AFF. She discussed her struggles with fitness, and reached out to others to enlist her help in moving forward with their fitness goals. Several people signed up for new memberships, and the video is still being shared.

  • We created an environment at the gym where people were interacting more on social media, and they were anticipating more videos from AFF. That led to the posting of several “selfie” videos done by their personal trainers while we continued production on higher-budget videos.
